Reno A&E Bicycle Detection System Maximizes Accuracy

Reno A&E now offers an automatic bicycle detection system that combines a C-series inductive loop detector, using enhanced and patented algorithms and prefabricated inductive loops for new and upgraded intersections. The RAE (model C-1101-B and model C-1201-B) loop detectors identify all vehicles, including the ability to differentiate bicycles from all other vehicles, as well as scooters and motorcycles. Both models, (CALTRANS or NEMA type), allow traffic engineering professionals to detect and provide sufficient passage time for bicycles to traverse the intersection, without compromising intersection operational efficiency. The Tolling Data Analyst fulfils a critical role within the Tolling Operations business unit at Transurban North America, as part of the team managing the I-95 and I-495 Express Lanes in Northern Virginia. The analyst will be responsible for tracking and analyzing business and tolling data with the ultimate objective to optimize EBITDA and enhance the customer's experience. Key focus areas will include:

·         Weekly or Monthly gathering, documentation and business analysis of all key Tolling and Customer Management (TCM) data and metrics.

·         Taking the lead to respond to ad-hoc business data analysis and requests that may originate from external or internal stakeholders.

·         Developing and utilizing data analysis techniques to review and approve vendor invoices.
