Currently we are looking for qualified candidates for our Client, a consumer goods, located in Jakarta ; for the position of
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT ASSISTANT MANAGER
Requirements :
Ø Male / Female, max 35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Accounting/Statisti
Ø Min. 4 (four) years experience in Compensation & Benefit system and procedure
Ø Good communication in English both of oral & written
Ø Excellent skills in computer application software's : spreadsheet, words, excel, power point & access
Ø Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy and procedures, Personnel matters, employee relations
Ø Having knowledge of manpower regulations
Ø Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for the HR operation
Ø Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time
Ø Able to plan, well-organized and well-adjusted
Ø Ability to assume a high level of responsibility and workload is needed
Ø Willing to work beyond office hours, hard working and good team working
