Responsibilities will include: Working as part of a team and also independently in evaluating and applying Traffic Engineering principles, standards, and criteria; An ever-increasing level of responsibility; Traffic Signal Design; Traffic Modeling for a variety of conditions and needs; Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience; Preferred Experience: PennDOT/PA Turnpike projects; TE studies/analysis; PE/PTOE; Driver's License.
