**Correction**

Story #9 in yesterday's TCN was about a GPS jamming device.  The article from Nextgov said the jammer had a range of 500 to 1,000 miles.  Reading the ad for the device, it appears the range is actually 500 to 1,000 meters.  My apologies for the mistake.
