Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Junior TE 2+ yrs./ Senior TE 5+ years of experience; Preferred Experience: Traffic Signal Design & Traffic Modeling; PennDOT/PA Turnpike projects; TE studies/analysis; Driver's License.
