Using Technology to Improve Transportation Customer Service and All Electronic Tolling and Beyond - May 7 - Boston
Under investment has put pressure on transportation providers to improve service. Fiscal pressures have limited the resources available to make those improvements. Technology offers the opportunity to leverage smaller investments by improving customer service, enhancing operating efficiencies, and increasing revenue. This conference will explore the potential of new technologies to make transportation work more efficiently, faster, and safer.
Speakers will include Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation Rich Davey, Kirk Steudle, Director of the Michigan Department of Transportation and Pat Jones, Executive Director of IBTTA.
The conference is cosponsored by the Center for Strategic Studies (Northeastern University D'Amore-Kim School of Business, Professor Joseph M. Giglio, Ph.D.), and the Rappaport Center for Greater Boston, Harvard Kennedy School, Steve Pollack, Executive Director. Click here for more information.
