The Tolling Data Analyst fulfils a critical role within the Tolling Operations business unit at Transurban North America, as part of the team managing the I-95 and I-495 Express Lanes in Northern Virginia. The analyst will be responsible for tracking and analyzing business and tolling data with the ultimate objective to optimize EBITDA and enhance the customer's experience. Key focus areas will include:

·         Weekly or Monthly gathering, documentation and business analysis of all key Tolling and Customer Management (TCM) data and metrics.

·         Taking the lead to respond to ad-hoc business data analysis and requests that may originate from external or internal stakeholders.

·         Developing and utilizing data analysis techniques to review and approve vendor invoices.

·         Developing business cases and collaborating with stakeholders, as assigned, to support business issue investigation and resolution.
